There are two ways to become a PRIS loyalty programme member

Through the PRIS App

Download the PRIS ANGOLA App from Google Play or Apple Store
Register in the App with name, mobile number and citizen ID
Present your App QR in the Pumangol sites every time you make a purchase

At the Pumangol Service Station

Visit any Pumangol Service Station
Ask any of the Pumangol staff members about the PRIS loyalty programme
Staff members will give you a welcome pack with the PRIS card enclosed in it
Complete the application form in your welcome pack and keep the rest of your welcome pack and your PRIS card
Present your PRIS card every time you make a purchase

Ways to earn points on the PRIS Programme

When you buy fuel or purchase anything from the Super7 store at any Pumangol site, provide the cashier or Forecourt attendant with one of the following.

Your PRIS card
Your mobile phone number
Your Citizen ID
The QR on the PRIS app on your mobile phone

Pumangol staff will be able to identify your unique number and allocate points. For every litre of fuel, you will earn 1 point. And for every 100 KZ you spend, you will earn 1 point.

PRIS Card

To have one Puma PRIS loyalty card, and benefit from the offer , you only have to ask for it in any Puma service station and register to adhere to the program.
The card will be given at the Puma service station and is completely Free.
Because you are a registered member you only need to identify yourself through the App, Id citizen number or mobile phone number and the points from the transaction will be credited automatically in your personal account.
If you lose your card or is stolen, you should communicate immediately to the Customer Service. Because you are a registered member of the program, Pumangol will cancel the lost or stolen card. When you get a new card, in a Pumangol station, you just need to associate the new card number to your account.
You can have the maximum number of 1 cards.

PRIS Points

Because you are a registered member, you can see your account in the PRIS App or you can call the Customer Service Line +244923190800. When you go to a Pumangol station after the transaction you will receive a print with the total number of points
You can do it through the Customer Service line.

Customer Information

You need to register yourself with basic data (Name, Citizen ID and mobile phone number) , you will receive immediately extra points. By completing the full registration, you will be awarded with more extra points and other benefits.
Your can see your personal data in the PRIS web site, PRIS App in ``My account`` or through Customer Service line.
You can change your personal data in the PRIS ``My account`, or calling the Customer Service.

General

The maximum number of cards in each account is 1In the case of a fleet, you should contact the Customer Service line to be given you the permission to have 10 cards in your account instead of 1.
Your personal data privacy is a priority for us. To better protect your information, you need to give us your consent to the data treatment objectives.
Terms and protection of personal data acceptance is required by law, however is optional to receive communications, profile analysis, information share with partners. If you don´t give your consent you will not receive PRIS direct offers or tailored campaigns to your consumption profile.
